Location

We will require only two locations for our film; a room with a computer desk and door, and the roof of a multi-story car park.

For the car park we hope to be allowed access to a local, council-owned car park. We would need to ask for permission to film on the car park from the local council. I have recently attained a telephone number to contact an appropriate person with this request. If we are allowed to film here we would need to carry out a thorough risk assessment as we would be filming towards the edge (not extremely close). Moreover, I'm sure the council would also appreciate a risk assessment when considering giving us permission. If we were not able to use that car park, however, there are a few other multi-story car parks near by which would still be somewhat appropriate. However, if we were absolutely unable to find a suitable car park we would have to reassess the scene and consider changing the location.

The room that we require will likely be quite easy to find, as it is simply set in an average study style room. Getting the right size is the main issue, we would be able to dress the location with appropriate props ourselves. It is likely that we will use a friend/family member's house for the room but if we do not find one exactly how we would like, it would be easy to compromise our desired layout. We are looking for a medium sized room, around the size of a single bedroom. The room would ideally lead to a bathroom but if not, we can edit our film so it appears that way.
